Individual Therapy

I provide individual therapy to adults with a broad range of presenting issues. My clients are often those who identify as neurodivergent and reach a point of feeling lost or overwhelmed and understandably need help to move forward. My role is to help you develop a deeper understanding of your identity, emotional experiences, and needs.

Areas of focus:

  • ADHD (more about this speciality below)

  • Anxiety

  • Burnout

  • Trauma

  • OCD/”Pure O” OCD

  • Relationship issues

ADHD Speciality

I have been working with adult ADHD (many diagnosed as adults) for almost a decade and have extensive experience educating, supporting, and empowering this population.

In addition to my typical approach to individual therapy, I integrate specialized skills and strategies based on each client’s unique symptom expression and needs.

My understanding of ADHD goes beyond diagnostic criteria and I am here to help my clients navigate their internal and external worlds in a more effortless way.
