I have been working with adult ADHD (many diagnosed in adulthood) for almost a decade and have extensive experience educating, supporting, and empowering this population.

In addition to my typical approach to individual therapy, I integrate specialized skills and strategies based on each client’s unique ADHD symptom expression and needs. My understanding of ADHD goes beyond diagnostic criteria and I’m here to help my clients navigate their internal and external worlds in a more effortless way.
