ADHD Assessment

Have you ever wondered if you have ADHD?

Do you often struggle with things like…

  • Time management (you’re always late!)

  • Completing boring or difficult tasks (e.g. license renewal or opening mail)

  • Finishing projects or hobbies

  • Emotion regulation

  • Organization (e.g. doom piles of clothes in your room)

  • Following conversations

  • Planning ahead for the future

  • Chronic shame

If you resonate with many of the above symptoms you might be a good candidate for an assessment.

Many adults go undiagnosed for most of their education/careers and struggle to make sense of their symptoms. For the past six years I have conducted in-depth assessments for adults who want a definitive answer about whether or not they have ADHD. Assessments are administered remotely and the process takes between two and four weeks.
