ADHD Group Therapy

Why consider group therapy?

Group therapy offers a powerful and validating space to realize you’re not alone. Hearing others describe experiences that mirror your own can be deeply healing especially when ADHD has led to feelings of shame or self-doubt. In a supportive group setting, that shame can begin to lift and replaced by connection, understanding, and renewed self-acceptance.

Each group is thoughtfully designed to support different populations and meet unique needs, helping you better understand your ADHD, feel seen in your experiences, and find connection along the way.

Check out the three different ADHD-related groups I offer.

ADHD Support Group

As an adult with ADHD, it is not uncommon to feel stuck or overwhelmed by the demands of life.

These virtual groups are for adults who have developed skills to cope with their symptoms of ADHD, but are looking for a safe space to process their experiences and receive support from a neurodiverse community.

An official diagnosis of ADHD is not required to attend a group.

We meet remotely for 1 hour each week on Mondays at 12pm.

Fee: $70 per session

ADHD Skills Workshop

This is a 10-week virtual workshop to help adults with ADHD master their symptoms.

Each session focuses on common difficulties (e.g. organization, tackling difficult tasks, improving time management, emotion regulation) and covers specific strategies to make life a bit easier.

An official diagnosis of ADHD is not required to attend this group.

We meet for 75 minutes on Thursdays at 12pm.

Fee: $85 per session

ADHD Support Group for Women

ADHD often presently differently in women, masked by high functioning behavior, perfectionism, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm.

This group is designed to offer a safe, compassionate space for women living with ADHD to connect, share their experiences, and support one another. Whether you're newly diagnosed, self-identifying, or have been managing ADHD for years, you are welcome here.

Together, we’ll explore how ADHD affects our relationships, work, mental health, and self-image—while building strategies and community that empower us to thrive.

We will meet remotely for 1 hour each week.

Day/time: TBD

Fee: $70
