ADHD Group Therapy

Group therapy offers a powerful and validating space to realize you’re not alone.

Hearing others describe experiences that mirror your own can be deeply healing especially when ADHD has led to feelings of shame or self-doubt.

Each group is thoughtfully designed to teach effective tools/strategies, help you better understand your ADHD, feel seen in your experiences, and find connection along the way.

As an adult with ADHD, it is not uncommon to feel stuck or overwhelmed by the demands of life.

These virtual groups are for adults who have developed skills to cope with their symptoms of ADHD, but are looking for a safe space to process their experiences and receive support from a neurodiverse community.

We meet remotely for 1 hour each week on Mondays at 12pm. This group is currently full*

ADHD Support Group for Women

This group is designed to offer a safe, compassionate space for women living with ADHD to connect, share their experiences, and support one another.

Together, we’ll explore how ADHD affects your relationships, work, mental health, and self-image while building strategies and community that empower you to thrive.

We will meet remotely for 1 hour each week.
