My clients are often those who identify as neurodivergent and reach a point of feeling lost or overwhelmed and understandably need help to move forward. My role is to help you develop a deeper understanding of your identity, emotional experiences, and needs.

I have been working with adult ADHD (many diagnosed as adults) for almost a decade and have extensive experience educating, supporting, and empowering this population.
In addition to my typical approach to individual therapy, I integrate specialized skills and strategies based on each client’s unique symptom expression and needs.
My understanding of ADHD goes beyond diagnostic criteria and I am here to help my clients navigate their internal and external worlds in a more effortless way.
