I have been working with adult ADHD (many diagnosed as adults) for almost a decade and have extensive experience educating, supporting, and empowering this population.
In addition to my typical approach to individual therapy, I integrate specialized skills and strategies based on each client’s unique ADHD symptom expression and needs.
