Individual Therapy

I provide individual therapy to adults with a broad range of presenting issues. My clients are often those who reach a point of feeling lost or overwhelmed and understandably need help to move forward. They might feel disconnected from themselves, feel stuck due to past experiences, or recognize their life is not in alignment with what makes them happy.

My role is to help you develop a deeper understanding of your identity, emotional experiences, and needs.

Areas of focus:

  • ADHD

  • Anxiety

  • Burnout

  • Trauma

  • OCD/”Pure O” OCD

  • Relationship issues

In addition to my typical approach to individual therapy, I integrate specialized skills and strategies based on each client’s unique symptom expression.

My understanding of ADHD goes beyond diagnostic criteria and I am here to help my clients navigate their internal and external worlds in a more effortless way.
