Individual Therapy: $250

I offer sliding scale as needed.

Group Therapy: $70-$85

ADHD Support Group- $70 per session

ADHD Skills Workshop- $85 per session

ADHD Assessment: $700-1500

Brief Assessment: $700 (split into 2-4 payments as needed)

Full Assessment: $1500 (split into 2-4 payments as needed)

I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not accept insurance.

You will receive a superbill on the 1st of each month that you can download and submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

I recently moved my practice online and am only offering telehealth therapy. This allows me to be more available and flexible with my schedule for clients.

Sessions are held over Zoom.

Yes. I ask that client give me 24 hours notice if they need to cancel a session. If you do not give me 24 hours notice and are unable to reschedule to another time that week, you will be charged the full fee. (Emergencies and illness are excluded from this policy).

During my clinical training years I conducted assessments for ADHD. I was surprised by how many adults went through most of their lives without a diagnosis. Once diagnosed, these clients did not have many options for therapeutic support; I wanted to provide this support. My practice now focuses on educating and empowering adults with ADHD.
